Massage: Roll the tool on your face for 5-15 minutes, moving it up, down, and sideways along your facial contours. Apply more pressure while rolling upwards to lift and tone muscles, and roll down and outwards to aid in detoxification.

Clean: Rinse with water before and after each use to maintain hygiene.
