ACU-STUDS™

Acu-Studs are wearable ear and body seeds designed to apply gentle pressure to selected acupressure points.

Acupressure points are locations identified in Traditional Chinese Medicine to influence how the body’s systems communicate and regulate. These points sit along 12 primary meridians and 2 extraordinary vessels: TCM functional pathways to connect organ systems, circulation, movement, emotional and physiological regulation. Gentle pressure also stimulates neuro-sensory receptors, supporting the nervious system, everyday regulation and comfort.

Prepare the Stud
Gently bend the backing sheet along the slit behind the stud.

Lift with Tweezers
Using the Stud Tweezer*, carefully lift the edge of the stud from the backing sheet.
Avoid direct finger contact, as natural skin oils may reduce adhesion or leave marks.

Apply
Place onto clean, dry skin at your chosen acupressure point.

Activate
Gently press for a few seconds to increase stimulation when desired.

Wear
Wear for several hours. Replace as needed. Not recommended for overnight use.

For beginners
Start with one concern and select 3–5 points. You do not need to stimulate every point listed.

For style
Pair Acu-Studs with other accessories to personalise your look.

Important Notes

* Adhesion may be reduced by sweat, friction, movement, or contact with water.

If you experience discomfort, itching, or skin sensitivity, discontinue use.
The metal pressure sphere may leave a temporary indentation on the skin where applied. This typically resolves shortly after removal.
