Freeze: Store the CRYOpress® in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before your first use to achieve optimal cooling benefits.

Pair with Serum: Apply the Alpha-Glow Flash Facial Serum before using the tool to maximize hydration, brighten skin, and boost the effects of your massage.

Massage: Roll the tool on your face for 5-15 minutes, moving it up, down, and sideways along your facial contours. Apply more pressure while rolling upwards to lift and tone muscles, and roll down and outwards to aid in detoxification.

Clean: Rinse with water before and after each use to maintain hygiene.

Note: Your skin may look a little red after use from increased blood flow. This should go away in a few minutes. If redness lasts, consult your health consultant.
